Standard Hand Split Cedar Shake Size

18" Long with a 3/4" Butt

We guarantee our cedar split shakes to lay 6" to the weather! Our standard hand split cedar shake is 18" long with a ¾" butt, and one square when laid 6" to the weather will cover 100 square feet or an area 10’ x 10’. Our hand split cedar shakes are available to purchase by the square or bundle. In addition to our standard size we offer custom sizes in any size or length and have the ability to replicate an existing hand split shake.
